## House rules

RENTABOX has established a number of house rules that everyone must adhere to.

 

The house rules are as follows:

 

01 The rented space may only be used as storage space .

02 The rented space is used exclusively by the customer .

03 When access to the building cannot be obtained, m the tenant must immediately contact via phone number  0475677722.

04 When entering the rented space, it is forbidden to let anyone hitchhike , your code is strictly personal.

05 The removal of waste from the rented space is the responsibility of the customer. In case of negligence in this regard, w i ll the tenant be charged a minimum of € 50.00 per m³  for waste removal costs.

06 It is not permitted to leave used means of transport in or near the rented space .

07 If the tenant notices damage or irregularities, they must report it immediately via

email in \*\*@\*\*\*\*\*\*ox.be or phone  0475 677722.

08 The tenant shall at all times adhere to the general terms and conditions of Rentabox .

09The storage of toxic, flammable and/or hazardous substances, or storage of

          perishable and living goods is forbidden.

10 If the rental period expires, the unit must be returned clean.

11 The tenant is responsible for insuring their storage.

12 Emergency exits must only be opened in emergency situations. In case of misuse a fine of € 95 will be imposed for unauthorized opening of the emergency exit.

13Nuisance is not tolerated, and therefore the tenant is obliged to:

a. waste dispose of it immediately themselves

b. pets kept outside the premises

c. transportation means returned after use

d. noise nuisance be produced

e. vehicle engines and sound systems be switched off during loading and unloading activities at the premises

14The tenant may under circumstances:

            –conduct commercial activities in the unit

            –use the space as a workshop

            –conduct illegal, criminal, or immoral activities in the rented unit

-use electrical appliances or use electrical connections

-use the box for domicile , residence  or registered office
